Patricia Heavey

Patricia has over 10 years’ experience in litigation. She advises the firm’s corporate and private clients on commercial disputes and how best to avoid them. She has experience of dealing with all types of commercial litigation with emphasis on employment and contractual issues.

Patricia studied at University College Dublin, DIT and the Law Society of Ireland.

She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators; the Irish Society of Insolvency Practitioners and; Commercial Litigation Association of Ireland. She is admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales and sits on the Law Society’s Business Law Committee.
