Partnership signed: KLRCA & ISFIN exceptional opportunity for arbitrators

ISFIN has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the KUALA LUMPUR REGIONAL CENTER OF ARBITRATION (KLRCA).

The KLRCA is one of the most respected and dynamic ADR centers in Asia and maybe in the world.  

Datuk Sundra Rajoo, Director,  says "The KLRCA was established in 1978 under the auspices of the Asian-African Legal Consultative Organisation (AALCO). KLRCA was the first regional centre established by AALCO in Asia to provide institutional support as a neutral and independent venue for the conduct of domestic and international arbitration proceedings in Asia."

KLRCA adopts the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules with modifications.

The objective of the agreement between KLRCA & ISIFN is to facilitate a cooperation in the fields of :

• Meetings and conferences
• Information, promotion and publications
• Membership and recommendation
