Speaking during the conference on Islamic Finance education in Tunisia, organized by El Cafi, Al Imtithal for Islamic Finance, Zitouna University, Sfax University, ESSECT, ISET with the presence of the Minister for religious affairs H.E Mounir Tlili and The Minister of the Ministry of Vocational Training and Employment H.E Hafedh Laamouri,

Zineb Bensaid, Senior consultant ISFIN, analyzed the world education in Islamic finance defining the actual situation and the challenges. She spoke about the western experiences and how to adapt education to the Islamic finance labor market.  She agreed with H.E Hafedh Laamouri about the necessity to accentuate the use of English in Tunisian programmes as English is the predominant language in the industry.

This conference demonstrate the willingness of Tunisia to be more developed in terms of research and development on the Islamic Finance area and the desire to adapt Tunisian students to the Tunisian and world labour market. It was the first conference on Islamic Finance education in Tunisia.
