Henrique dos Santos Pereira

Born in 1962; Degree in Law by Universidade Católica Portuguesa; Free Course on Commercial Maritime Law at Universidade Lusíada de Lisboa.

He made presentations and participated in several national and international conferences; Co-author of the publications “Personal Injury Awards in Europe”, “Civil Procedures in Europe”, “Sports Marketing Europe”, “Foreign Property and Your Client”; “European Travel Law”, “Cross-Border Transactions and Environmental Law” and “Environmental Liabilities in Europe”. He regularly contributes to publications within the scope of Real-Estate Law. Exclusively practicing law since September 1986 (Internship concluded in May 1988). Founding partner of the firm M. P. Barrocas & Associados and, in 2000, of the firm SCA Advogados; Member of the Portuguese Bar Association and member of IBA (International Bar Association). Preferred Practice Areas: Litigation, Labour Law, Real-Estate Law, Maritime Law and Commercial Law.
