Azzam Zalloum

Azzam Zalloum is the Managing Partner at Andersen in Jordan. He brings almost 30 years of experience as a litigator in Jordan as well as expertise in the areas of civil law, sizable liquidations and restructurings, banking, finance, contract law, criminal law, and real estate. His clients range from government agencies to local and international professionals.

Azzam also has extensive corporate experience, advising clients on matters relating to IPOs, share subscriptions, restructuring, licensing agreements, and trademark issues. He has been appointed as the liquidator of an industrial manufacturing company and an Islamic insurance company.
