Cédric Alter

Cédric has acquired significant experience in insolvency law, business law and contract law, working for both national and international clients.

He is also regularly involved in court and arbitration proceedings (as counsel or arbitrator), and is a member of the Belgian Center for Arbitration and Mediation (CEPANI and ICC). He is also one of the Belgian representatives of the ICC Commission on arbitration and ADR.

Cédric is a professor at the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management (ULB), where he teaches business law.

He is also co-chair of the Belgian CAP Network, which brings together insolvency professionals, and co-chair of the Legislation and Policy Subcommittee of the IBA/International Bar Association.
